You will design, build and maintain the systems that generate and qualify sales opportunities for inBiot: lead capture and pre-CRM workflows, classification and allocation within the CRM, automations between tools, and reusable content to feed the sales pipeline. The role does not have its own sales targets nor does it close deals; its impact is measured by the quality of the pipeline delivered to the sales team, the quality of the data and the reliability of the systems.
Key responsibilities:
– Design and operate lead generation based on signals, lists and criteria from the ideal customer profile.
– Configure data enrichment, personalisation and multi-channel sequences, monitoring responses, meetings and cost per opportunity.
– Incorporate automations or AI agents where they enhance reliability, with human review before escalation.
– Define the rules for lead entry, qualification, scoring and assignment in the CRM.
– Hand over opportunities to the right person (sales, pre-sales or after-sales) with sufficient context.
– Maintain data quality and handover between stages, linking external lead generation with the CRM.
– Build automations (Make, Zapier, n8n or similar) and integrations via APIs or webhooks.
– Implement and stabilise sales funnel tools, and develop useful dashboards for management and the team.
– Build reusable content systems (case studies, objections, fact sheets and materials for sales sequences) with AI support and quality control.
– Improve pages or structures linked to conversion and inbound lead generation (technical SEO).
– Measure the usage and impact of the systems and materials built within the sales funnel.
Requirements
– Demonstrable ability to build automations and processes using CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) and tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n or code.
– Experience in lead generation, sequences and data enrichment.
– Knowledge of integrations via APIs, webhooks or connectors.
– Ability to build reports and sales funnel dashboards.
– Experience with AI and agents in sales workflows, including quality control, is an advantage.
– Experience with automated sales content systems and systems-oriented technical SEO is an advantage.
– Knowledge of SQL or scripting (Python or JavaScript) is an advantage, particularly if the candidate has a software background.
– Systems thinking, rigour with data and attention to detail.
– Autonomy to build and implement solutions, with a focus on measurable results.
– Good communication skills with non-technical staff and the ability to collaborate with sales, marketing and after-sales teams.
Training
A degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a similar field. Academic background is less important than the ability to build systems; candidates with a background in marketing, operations or software are equally welcome. Training in CRM, marketing automation, data or development is an advantage.
Languages
A minimum level of B2 in English, with C1 considered an advantage, is required for documentation, tools and international coordination.
Experience
A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in a B2B environment (technology, software, IoT or similar), with a background in marketing, growth or marketing operations, revenue operations or sales operations, software or growth engineering, or a combination of these areas. In all cases, demonstrable experience in building automations and processes using CRM and automation tools is required.
