PROJECT MANAGER – AEROSPACE AFTER-SALES SERVICES

Functions

Tender and Project Management: • Actively participate in the preparation of tenders for general services (retrofits, on-site support, maintenance, etc.), contributing your expertise and gathering the necessary information from other departments. • Collaborate with the sales department in the area to carry out sales visits, as well as to follow up on and provide feedback regarding tenders submitted. • Manage the various service orders received. • Liaise with local branches and service providers to review all matters relating to quotations and service orders. • Ensure effective and seamless communication with the client. • Ensure that the scope, timeframe and costs associated with the project are clearly defined in line with the client’s expectations. • Monitor and ensure compliance with project objectives, avoiding deviations in requirements, costs and deadlines. Risk management. • Lead the assigned internal project team, managing it in a coordinated and efficient manner. • Ensure, in coordination with the relevant departments, that the necessary human resources are in place to cover the project workload. • Carry out projects in accordance with defined management procedures and standards, and in collaboration with all departments. Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; knowledge of SAP and Power BI. • Willingness to travel for up to 25 per cent of the annual working time, generally on trips of up to 14 days. • A proactive professional with the ability to work independently, take the initiative, be flexible and organised, lead teams, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Training

• A degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Aeronautical Engineering.

Languages

• English (B2) is essential; French and German would be an advantage.

Experience

• At least 3 years’ professional experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing external clients. PMP certification or equivalent would be highly desirable.
