Functions

What is the position like? As a Software Engineer within the Business System Team, you will be the person who, together with the BST, translates business needs into efficient technological solutions; coordinating suppliers, designing architectures, and ensuring the quality of implementations. Within the Digital Transformation area, you will actively participate in the transformation of the company, driving the modernization of systems and ensuring that the solutions developed are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. -Define and supervise the software architecture of projects. -Design efficient and scalable solutions aligned with company objectives. -Coordinate and evaluate technology providers: selection, negotiation, and supervision of deliverables. -Prepare and manage tender documents and RFPs (Requests for Proposals). -Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure proper technical implementation. -Evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement. -Participate in the entire software life cycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. -Write technical documentation and establish development standards. -Provide support in project management, task prioritization, and effort estimates. -Maintain and improve existing systems, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. -Integrate APIs, external services, and databases. -Collaborate in defining technical architecture and good development practices.

Requirements

– Familiarity with version control (Git) and knowledge of CI/CD. – Ability to empathize with users and design solutions tailored to their needs. – Knowledge of automated testing and software quality best practices.

Training

– Advanced degree or university degree in computer science or similar.

Languages

– Spanish

Experience

– Minimum 5 years’ experience. – Solid experience in backend (NetCore, Java, Python, or others). – Knowledge of frontend (Typescript, React, Angular, or others). – Experience in databases and systems integration. – Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
