SENIOR DOCUMENTATION MANAGER

Functions

As Documentation Manager, you will have cross-functional responsibility for ensuring that all technical documentation for the machines (manuals, files, dossiers, contractual and regulatory deliverables) is produced correctly, consistently, completely, traceably and on time. Your main duties will include: – Coordinating and ensuring the correct production of all technical documentation for the machines. – Developing manuals and documentation for client and R&D projects. – Collaborating with engineering teams to compile and validate technical information. – Planning and managing documentation in multi-project environments, including translations and deliveries. – Supervising external suppliers for documentation, layout and translation. – Managing operating, maintenance, spare parts, software and safety manuals. – Adapt documentation to the specific requirements of each project or client. Requirements

– University degree in Engineering or Higher Vocational Training: and/or Documentation Technician with a strong industrial background and experience in defining maintenance tasks. – Willingness to travel occasionally.

– University degree in Engineering or Higher Vocational Training: and/or a Documentation Technician with a strong industrial background and experience in defining maintenance tasks.

Languages

– B2 level spoken and written English.

Experience

– Over 5 years’ experience in producing technical documentation, editing manuals or defining preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. – Experience in using 3D CAE-CAD visualisation and analysis tools (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.) and documentation editing tools. – Experience of working in engineering project environments involving multidisciplinary collaboration.
