Requirements
Completed university degree or double degree in Economics, Business Studies, Business Administration and Management, Law, or other related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in selling financial services within the corporate sector (banking, insurance, etc.).
Enthusiasm for becoming part of our GREAT TEAM.
Strong motivation and desire for professional growth.
Commercial knowledge of the local market and the corporate sector.
Residence in the local area or nearby towns and/or strong ties to the area will be valued.
Commercial profile with strong organizational skills, ability to identify client needs, planning skills, visit scheduling, client loyalty building, and customer service orientation.
Maturity, responsibility, and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Specific training in the financial business through specialized and officially recognized certifications (EIP, EFA, LCCI, etc.) will be valued.
