Define, lead, and execute the global procurement and supply chain strategy, ensuring a robust and competitive supplier network aligned with the company’s growth objectives, particularly in key markets such as China.
What you’ll do
• Define and execute the global procurement strategy
• Develop and manage an international supplier network (with a special focus on China)
• Lead key negotiations on costs, capacity, and contracts
• Ensure supply in terms of quality, lead time, and competitiveness
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and continuous improvement
• Lead and develop the procurement team
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• 10 years of experience in procurement/supply chain in an industrial or EPC environment
• International experience working with suppliers (especially in China)
• Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for costs
• Experience leading teams
• Strategic, results-oriented profile
• High level of English
Training
Experience with procurement ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, or others) and digital procurement management tools is a plus. We are looking for a highly data-driven candidate who can define and track procurement KPIs, analyze costs, measure supplier performance, and support decision-making with structured and reliable information.
Languages
Advanced level of English.
Experience
