What will your mission be? As an Automotive Specialist Technician, you will play a key role in the maintenance and repair of vehicles, repairing all types of faults and ensuring that each intervention meets the highest quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include: – Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in complex breakdowns, ensuring accurate and effective repairs. – Work closely with the Service Advisor to ensure clear and effective communication with the customer, contributing to customer loyalty. – Perform complex technical interventions following the manufacturer’s guidelines and procedures, ensuring excellence in every task. – Ensure customer satisfaction, avoiding repeat repairs and maintaining high satisfaction rates.
