approved a multi-year investment of €4 million to enhance air
connections at Pamplona–Noáin Airport. The schedule earmarks €1.4M in 2026,
and €1.3M in both 2027 and 2028.

The initiative aims to launch four new
air routes—two domestic (including Barcelona and southern Spain) and two
international (potentially to cities like London, Germany, or Italy). These new
services are expected to begin in April 2026, following a public tender
to be published soon on the EU Procurement Portal.

The project stems from the Air
Connectivity Table, a public–private working group that includes the
regional government, AENA, Pamplona City Hall, universities, tourism and
business entities.
