– Report preparation: legal summaries, internal memos or labour case studies.
– International mobility management: support with processes for transferring employees between countries.
– Visa and permit processing: compiling documentation and monitoring expiry dates.
– Support with coordination with external providers: liaising with legal, tax or immigration advisers.
– Support with expatriate packages: preparing documentation on employment terms, benefits and remuneration.
– Monitoring international legal compliance: verifying employment and immigration requirements in destination countries.
– Support for expatriate employees: answering basic queries and providing guidance throughout the process.
Requirements
Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession, or Employment Law.
