HR technical staff

Functions

•Management and resolution of personnel incidents. •Monitoring of tasks and projects in the area. •Liaison with the FMS Works Council. •Support in the implementation and updating of the Equality Plan. •Liaising with the labour consultancy for all procedures related to HR management: movements and notifications to Social Security, calculation and preparation of payroll, monthly list of labour costs, management of benefits, etc. •Preparation of monitoring reports and indicators. •Staff recruitment processes: collaboration on the profile of new staff in coordination with the centre’s units, coordination and support in all phases of the process, in accordance with the organisation’s own recruitment procedure (public foundation). •Staff management: welcoming new staff, attendance monitoring, certificates, management of internships and training placements, etc. •Other activities that may be assigned due to the nature of the position.

Requirements

Experience in personnel management (related to the duties described) Knowledge of human resources ERPs

Training

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Graduate degree in Labour Relations, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent Complementary training in equality issues

Languages

English. B1 equivalent or higher

Previous experience valued in: Institutional public sector entities Research entities With A3-NOM or equivalent
