BI MANAGER

A business group in the primary and consumer sector, resulting from the integration of several companies, with various work centres located in Navarre and La Rioja, and ambitious plans for growth and innovation, is looking to hire a: BI MANAGER Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer – Corporate CIO, you will have a global vision of the business and play a key role in the company’s technological evolution. Mission Lead and manage the organisation’s Business Intelligence (BI) strategy, ensuring that data is converted into useful and reliable information for strategic and operational decision-making. Main Functions and Responsibilities Lead the BI strategy defined together with the CIO, ensuring its alignment with business objectives. Manage BI projects in all their phases: analysis, design, implementation and service. Ensure the quality, availability, integrity and security of data for analysis and reporting. Design and maintain efficient, scalable and reliable data models and ETL flows. Drive a data-driven culture within the organisation, promoting the intelligent use of information in all areas. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, finance, operations, sales) to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
