Technician in Administrative Management of R&D Projects

Functions

Explore national and regional funding opportunities (R&D&I). Provide support and advice on identifying, preparing, applying for, monitoring and justifying funding for various R&D&I project calls. Prepare project proposals: reports, documentation, budgets. Monitor and control the financial and administrative execution of projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, justifications and administrative requirements. Manage documentation, handle basic accounting processes, and provide efficient administrative support. Prepare documents and communications based on information obtained from the various calls for proposals. Classify, register and file communications and documents according to the appropriate techniques and parameters established in the management area. Register documentation in the project management computer application, relating to operations, under conditions of security and quality, and keep it up to date.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or management position performing similar tasks is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Residence in Pamplona or surrounding area. Proactive attitude, innovation, collaboration, organisation, flexibility and versatility.

Training

Candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy will be considered. Other degrees will be considered if the candidate has adequate experience in project management.

Languages

English level B2.

Experience

Experience in managing research project grants. The following will be considered an advantage: Experience in managing research project grants. Administrative regulations. Knowledge of the structure of the science and technology system. Knowledge of management programmes. (Preferably Fundanet).
