Navarra and Longhua District Forge Strategic Cooperation in Innovation and Sustainability

Navarra
strengthens its global engagement by signing a cooperation agreement with
China’s Longhua District to boost innovation, trade and sustainable
development.

The Government of Navarra has signed a Memorandum
of Understanding with Longhua District
of Shenzhen, China, reinforcing its
internationalisation strategy and economic diplomacy.

Regional Minister Mikel Irujo and Longhua Director General Zhang Zhi formalised
the agreement to promote friendly exchanges and cooperation in strategic
sectors including renewable energy, biomedicine, education, digital economy and
sustainable industrial development.

Navarra’s robust network of innovative companies, research institutions and
universities offers natural synergies with Longhua’s strengths in advanced
manufacturing, artificial intelligence and low-carbon technologies.

The pact paves the way for business delegation exchanges, joint commercial
promotion and deeper institutional collaboration
