· Domestic and international travel to power generation facilities.
· Overseeing the work performed by O&M technicians.
· Efficiently performing and supervising multidisciplinary work—including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems—to ensure project objectives are met.
· Execution and supervision of the following tasks:
o Corrective maintenance: analyzing, diagnosing, and identifying faults and malfunctions, and subsequently resolving them to restore the facilities to full operational status.
o Preventive maintenance: following relevant work instructions, maintenance manuals, and guidelines provided for this purpose within established deadlines and to the required quality and safety standards.
o Installation of wind turbine upgrades.
o Commissioning of wind farms.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures and oversee their implementation.
· Properly use work equipment, chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE), without disabling safety devices, and notify your supervisor of any circumstances you consider a health risk, such as, but not limited to, vehicles, PPE, tools…
· Properly collect and sort waste generated during your shift, in accordance with the guidelines of each workplace.
· Record the use of spare parts and consumables in accordance with the workplace’s current regulations (warehouse receipts and shipments, tools, etc.).
· Keep the tools used each day in good condition and organized, ensuring they are stored in their designated locations and in good working order after each use.
· Perform workshop tasks related to components of power generation facilities.
· Maintain cleanliness during work, both in the infrastructure being worked on and with regard to tools, machinery, PPE, vehicles, etc.
· Comply with, contribute to, and oversee compliance with safety regulations, and collaborate to ensure the company can guarantee safe working conditions.
· Use energy and the resources necessary to perform tasks efficiently.
· Communicate with staff at various work sites (renewable energy facilities, workshop, etc.) as required.
· Prepare, as requested, work logs, reports on completed work, and field activity reports.
