Functions
Your mission will be to lead the development of cooling systems for wind turbines, coordinating engineering projects from the requirements definition phase through final product validation, and serving as the primary technical liaison between the client, engineering, operations, and suppliers. You will focus on meeting quality, budget, safety, and performance objectives. You will be part of a team where engineering is approached in a practical, collaborative, and rigorous manner.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead product development projects for clients in the wind energy sector.
• Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage project scope, planning, budget, risks, and resources.
• Define and review technical requirements in collaboration with the client.
• Oversee mechanical design and the technical documentation generated during the project.
• Coordinate the manufacturing, assembly, and validation of prototypes.
• Lead product testing, certification, and validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Serve as the technical and managerial point of reference within the project team.

Requirements
Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
o More than 8 years of experience in engineering project management or industrial product development.
o Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
o English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
o Ability to interpret drawings, technical documentation, and 3D models.
o Availability for meetings and technical visits with clients and suppliers.
Desirable Qualifications
o Experience in the wind power or renewable energy sector.
o Knowledge of cooling systems, hydraulics, or heat exchangers.
o Training in project management (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent).
o Knowledge of SolidWorks.
o Experience in product validation, testing, and certifications.
o Knowledge of risk analysis and machinery safety.
Training
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
