TECHNICAL PROJECT COORDINATOR

Functions

Reporting directly to the Aeronautical Engineering Management, your responsibilities will be: • To define and coordinate the Engineering Department’s activities on client projects. • Define the engineering project lifecycle by successfully facilitating and leading formal internal reviews and those with the client. • Manage the engineering plan for projects, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, scheduling and budget. • In collaboration with the Project Manager, to energise and coordinate the Engineering team with the rest of the Project Team and other areas of the company. • To monitor engineering projects, ensuring compliance with current design and development procedures. • To identify, manage and implement the project risk mitigation plan, taking preventive and corrective measures where necessary. • Ensure the quality of the work delivered and compliance with the required quality standards. Requirements

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in technical coordination, preferably in industrial product development environments. • Ability to work in a demanding multi-project environment. • Communication and negotiation skills. • Practical knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (PMI & Agile). • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; knowledge of SAP, 3D Experience and Catia V5 would be an advantage. • Ability to work as part of a team, with autonomy and initiative. • Willingness to travel and undertake short-term assignments abroad. Added Value: – Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (ACP-Agile/Prince/PM2)

Training

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering.

Languages

• Advanced level of English (B2 or above). Knowledge of French and/or German will be highly regarded.
