PROJECT MANAGER – AVIATION OPERATIONS

Functions

• Maintain communication and act as the main point of contact with the client throughout the entire project, both in defining project specifications and during its implementation. • Plan projects, ensuring that the scope, timeframe and associated costs are properly defined, in line with the client’s expectations. • In coordination with the relevant departments, ensure that the necessary human resources are in place to cover each project. • Direct, monitor and ensure compliance with project plans, objectives and specifications, controlling any potential deviations and managing risks. • Carry out projects in accordance with defined management procedures and standards, and work in collaboration with all departments. • Manage and lead the internal project team, coordinating their work and achieving maximum efficiency. • Identify opportunities, develop and present sound technical proposals to clients, addressing their needs whilst ensuring financial viability, working in coordination with the sales department. Requirements

PMP or similar certification would be highly desirable. Professional experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing external clients. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; knowledge of SAP and Power BI would be an advantage. Willingness to travel.

Training

A degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Telecommunications or Aeronautical Engineering.

Languages

A high level of English; other languages would be an advantage.
