REMOTE SERVICE MANAGER – CONVERTING

• Lead the Converting remote support service, acting as a technical point of reference for the programming, diagnostics and support of industrial machinery, both during the commissioning phase and in operation. • Play an active role in Smart Commissioning, developing and maintaining workflows, checklists and procedures that integrate software, automation and process, thereby reducing the time and complexity involved in installations and start-ups. • Provide advanced support via remote access to PLCs, HMIs and automation systems, using remote connection tools, TorresFactory and cloud services. • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex programming and control issues, promoting the use of the digital twin for analysis, solution validation and technical training. • Produce and organise technical documentation on typical problems and solutions, focusing on software, control logic and machine behaviour. • Supervise and participate in the delivery of remote services, ensuring technical quality, cost-effectiveness and adherence to deadlines, whilst providing expert input on key programming and automation decisions. • Systematically drive the sale and procurement of remote services, ensuring that the technical scope (software/control) is correctly defined and cost-effective for the business unit.
