PRODUCTION ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL SPECIALIST

Functions

Working within a collaborative environment and with new opportunities in a constantly growing field, this person will be responsible for: • Designing electrical assembly processes, optimising lead times and costs. • Actively participating in design reviews alongside the Product Electrical Engineering Design team. • Defining and drawing up Electrical Assembly Specifications (EMTs) for subcontractors on project components. • Coordinating the management of the tools and equipment required for electrical assembly. • In collaboration with team leaders, ensuring the workshop is equipped with the tools and equipment necessary for the work to be carried out correctly. • Redefining and improving standards (5S methodology). • Supporting and producing training videos and manuals on electrical assembly processes. • Acting as a link between the technical engineering side and the industrial side, bringing agility and an operational perspective to projects. Requirements

• Basic knowledge of interpreting electrical diagrams and bills of materials relating to this specialism. • Knowledge of project management and planning. • Advanced proficiency in office software and new technologies. • We are looking for someone with initiative, the ability to work independently and a willingness to take on responsibility. • Proficiency in ERP (SAP) would be an advantage.

Training

A university degree in Electrical Engineering, a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialisation in Electrical Engineering and/or a Higher Level Vocational Training qualification.

Languages

• B2 level in English

Experience

• Experience: 2 years working with production engineering in industrial settings.
