Functions

Develop and implement communication and marketing plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Create engaging and relevant content for various communication channels, including social media, the website, email, printed materials, etc. Manage the company’s social media presence and maintain active engagement with the audience. Coordinate events and promotional activities to increase the company’s visibility and generate business opportunities. Conduct market analysis and monitor trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust communication and marketing strategies as necessary. Work closely with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of messages and marketing initiatives. Manage the company’s internal communications.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to create persuasive, high-quality content. Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools, particularly: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects (an advantage) Knowledge and experience in: Video and photography. Video editing and post-production. Definition, monitoring and analysis of marketing and communication KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, conversion, etc.). Analysis of metrics and report writing to optimise campaigns and content. Solid knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools and platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Results-oriented approach and ability to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.

Training

A degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Design or a related field.
