You will be responsible for the operations of the Industrial Engineering department, leading a team of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic engineers, and ensuring the technical development of proposals and projects while meeting the cost, timeline, functionality, and quality objectives agreed upon with the client.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop the engineering team
• Plan workloads, priorities, development tasks, and project tracking.
• Provide technical oversight of the department’s solutions, ensuring their feasibility and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with estimates for hours, materials, deadlines, and functionality.
• Prioritize, prepare, and oversee engineering proposals for clients—a particularly important part of the role.
• Engage in technical discussions with clients, understanding their needs and implementing solutions.
• Coordinate order releases and technical project monitoring.
• Ensure that developments comply with current regulations and CE requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure project progress.
• Promote continuous improvement, departmental organization, and the transfer of technical knowledge.
• Contribute to technological innovation and the development of new industrial solutions.
Requirements

Training
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s degree.
Proficiency in design tools such as SolidWorks, ESPLAN, ERP, and office software.
Strong proficiency in office software, particularly in data management (Excel, Power BI)
Languages
High level of English, both spoken and written.
Experience
Experience in industrial settings or industrial service companies.
Hands-on experience preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
Previous experience coordinating people or projects is a plus.
