Your mission will be to lead the development of cooling systems for wind turbines, coordinating engineering projects from the requirements definition phase through final product validation, and serving as the primary technical liaison between the client, engineering, operations, and suppliers. * Preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of industrial production equipment. * Electrical fault diagnosis and troubleshooting. * Maintenance of electrical control panels, electric motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and automated systems. * Electrical installation and wiring of production lines. * Configuration of variable frequency drives (VFDs) and DC drive controllers.

– Support with the management of employment-related correspondence: drafting, reviewing and filing of warnings, formal notices, annexes and other documents. – Monitoring of employment regulations: analysis of legislative changes and their impact on the company. – Support in employment disputes: preparation of documentation for dismissals, disciplinary measures or conciliation proceedings. – Liaising with official bodies: support with procedures involving the Social Security authorities, labour inspections, etc. – Report preparation: legal summaries, internal memos or labour case studies. – International mobility management: support with processes for transferring employees between countries. – Visa and permit processing: compiling documentation and monitoring expiry dates. – Support with coordination with external providers: liaising with legal, tax or immigration advisers. – Support with expatriate packages: preparing documentation on employment terms, benefits and remuneration. – Monitoring international legal compliance: verifying employment and immigration requirements in destination countries. – Support for expatriate employees: answering basic queries and providing guidance throughout the process.

Reporting directly to the Aeronautical Engineering Management, your responsibilities will be: • To define and coordinate the Engineering Department’s activities on client projects. • Define the engineering project lifecycle by successfully facilitating and leading formal internal reviews and those with the client. • Manage the engineering plan for projects, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, scheduling and budget. • In collaboration with the Project Manager, to energise and coordinate the Engineering team with the rest of the Project Team and other areas of the company. • To monitor engineering projects, ensuring compliance with current design and development procedures. • To identify, manage and implement the project risk mitigation plan, taking preventive and corrective measures where necessary. • Ensure the quality of the work delivered and compliance with the required quality standards.
