An event that not only celebrated past<br \/>\nachievements, but also looked into the future of talent in our region. With the<br \/>\nkey participation of the Government of Navarra and the Navarra International<br \/>\nPlan, this meeting became a platform for debate and reflection on how to<br \/>\ncontinue attracting the best talent to our territory.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">The day<br \/>\nbegan with an opening speech by I\u00f1igo Arruti, Director General of Business<br \/>\nDevelopment of the Government of Navarra, who highlighted the importance of<br \/>\ncollaboration between the public and private sectors in attracting and<br \/>\nretaining talent. This was followed by the presentation of the working<br \/>\ndynamics, where participants were divided into tables to discuss and generate<br \/>\ninnovative ideas.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">One of the<br \/>\nmost valued moments was the coffee and networking in the Aulario Cafeteria of<br \/>\nthe UPNA, a space that allowed the exchange of ideas and the strengthening of<br \/>\nthe network of professionals of Navarra Talent. This time of informal<br \/>\ninteraction became the perfect precursor for the presentation of the<br \/>\nconclusions.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">The<br \/>\nconclusions drawn highlighted the need to create more humanised and<br \/>\npersonalised strategies in the process of attracting talent, emphasising the<br \/>\nimportance of adapting to new generations who value flexibility, organisational<br \/>\nculture and professional development opportunities. The relevance of<br \/>\ncooperation with educational institutions to create a solid bridge between<br \/>\neducation and the labour market was also highlighted, as well as the promotion<br \/>\nof Navarra as an attractive destination not only to work, but also to live.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">The event<br \/>\nclosed with words of thanks and an invitation to continue actively<br \/>\nparticipating in building a more innovative and welcoming Navarra for global<br \/>\ntalent.
