The forum focused on<br \/>\nthe development and promotion of green hydrogen as a means to advance towards<br \/>\nthe decarbonisation of industry, improve competitiveness and encourage new<br \/>\ninvestments in the participating regions, which already have 411 associated<br \/>\nentities and 215 projects underway.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">During the<br \/>\nevent, special emphasis was placed on Navarra&#8217;s experience and leadership in<br \/>\nthe field of renewable energies, highlighting its three-decade commitment to<br \/>\nsustainable development. Mikel Irujo shared details of Navarra&#8217;s strategy to<br \/>\nintegrate green hydrogen into its energy system, highlighting the installation<br \/>\nof 150 MW in electrolysers, the replacement of 5% of natural gas with green<br \/>\nhydrogen in the industrial sector and the creation of three public<br \/>\nhydrogenerators. These actions are part of an ambitious agenda financed by<br \/>\nEuropean REACT funds and other support, projecting investments of between 500<br \/>\nand 750 million euros in the green hydrogen value chain.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">The event<br \/>\nalso served as a platform for a round table with the participation of leading<br \/>\nrepresentatives of the energy and innovation sector in Navarra, including Uxue<br \/>\nItoiz, Guillermo Alonso, and representatives of key companies in the<br \/>\ndevelopment of green hydrogen such as AIN, Accion Plu, EOSOL Group, Essity,<br \/>\nCENER and Iberdrola.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Three projects underway<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">In<br \/>\naddition, the progress of three pioneering projects in Navarra, including the<br \/>\nconstruction of a green hydrogen plant in Tudela, an ambitious electrolyser<br \/>\nproject led by Acciona Plug and the development of electrolyser technology by<br \/>\nNordex Electrolyzers, was unveiled, underlining the region&#8217;s commitment to<br \/>\ninnovation and energy sustainability.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.navarra.es\/es\/-\/nota-prensa\/el-consejero-irujo-destaca-que-navarra-lleva-tres-decadas-siendo-referente-en-energias-renovables-en-el-ii-foro-del-corredor-del-hidrogeno-verde-del-ebro?pageBackId=363032&amp;back=true \" target=\"_self\">Further information<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"tx-excerpt\"><div><div><span lang=\"EN-US\">This was\r\nhighlighted at the 2nd Ebro Hydrogen Corridor Forum held in Tarragona<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/p>","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":5849,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5850","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sin-categorizar"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
