Co-financed by Interreg Europe, with a
\nduration of 4 years and formed by 11 partner entities from 10 European regions
\n(Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg (Germany), Emilia-Romagna (Italy), Grand Est (France),
\nLapland (Finland), Magyarorsz\u00e1g (Hungary), Navarre (Spain), Nieder\u00f6sterreich
\n(Austria), North-Vest (Romania) and Pomorskie (Poland), led by the Swedish
\nV\u00e4rmland (Sweden), Navarra (Spain), Nieder\u00f6sterreich (Austria), North-Vest
\n(Romania) and Pomorskie (Poland), led by Sweden’s V\u00e4rmland, which will be
\nadvised by fellow countryman Karlstad University), ‘DEBUTING’ (DEBUTING:
\nDeveloping Business Through Inclusiveness and Gender Awareness – New Cluster
\nCompetences), was created with the aim of promoting gender equality in industry
\nand positioning it as a factor of competitiveness and differentiation.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
DEBUTING’ highlights the value of
\ninterregional collaboration to promote learning, and includes visits to partner
\nregions to learn in situ about their best practices, participation in
\nworkshops, training and discussion groups to improve the policies that each region
\nshould carry out.<\/div>\n

At this meeting, the partners defined the
\nnext steps of the project, including the measurement of the labor climate in
\nterms of equality in the companies and the definition of a series of workshops
\naround 6 axes that will be given to all the regions and their stakeholders:
\nTalent recruitment.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

To this end, it is important to promote
\nthe ”change of image”, or an increase in the representation of women in
\ncompanies and productive fabric, verifying that there is an evolution of the
\nimage projected and incorporating gender equality as a factor for improving
\ncompetitiveness.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Navarra will continue working for
\nequality, will attend the workshops and discussion groups organized from
\n‘DEBUTING’ and will act as host of the European regions in the spring of 2024
\nalso offering options for visits, studies and training to companies, with the
\naim of achieving the commitment of the business fabric and the linkage to work
\nwith companies and create a strong and coordinated ecosystem, without
\nforgetting that ”there is nothing more innovative than gender equality,
\nbecause it has not yet been achieved”.<\/div>\n
