The<br \/>\nprogramme aims to increase the number of exporting companies, boost export<br \/>\nvolumes and help more local businesses establish a regular presence in<br \/>\ninternational markets.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Companies<br \/>\ncan receive <b>\u20ac16,000 for each eligible 12-month hire<\/b>. Professionals must<br \/>\nhold an official university degree, higher vocational qualification or<br \/>\nequivalent and be recruited through a <b>full-time, permanent employment<br \/>\ncontract<\/b> for an international trade or equivalent role.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Eligible<br \/>\ncontracts must be signed between 1 January and 31 March 2027 and provide a <b>minimum<br \/>\ngross annual salary of \u20ac24,500<\/b>. Applications for the programme are open<br \/>\nfrom 8 September until <b>15 October 2026<\/b>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">For<br \/>\ninternational talent, this initiative highlights an important trend in<br \/>\nNavarra&#8217;s labour market: as local businesses become increasingly global, they<br \/>\nneed professionals with the skills and perspective to help them grow beyond<br \/>\nborders.
