start=\"2\">\n \t<li><strong> Purpose of the draw<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The purpose of this prize draw is to reward the people registered on the website<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.navarratalent.com\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.navarratalent.com<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who have completed their profile with the minimum data required during the promotion period. <\/span> \n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The minimum data required to be completed are: Name, Surname, Telephone, Email, City, Country and at least, one training course.<\/span>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n \t<li><strong> Geographical scope and participants<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This draw is international.<\/span>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n \t<li><strong> Time scope<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The promotion period will start on 3 June 2024 and end on 26 June 2024.<\/span>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n \t<li><strong> Participants<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation is free, voluntary and open to all persons over 18 years of age, registered as users on the website <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.navarratalent.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.navarratalent.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the \u2018Soy Talento\u2019 modality before the date of 3 June 2024, who complete the minimum data required by the website during the promotion period. <\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The draw will not be open to employees of the Government of Navarra&#8217;s International Projection Service nor to direct or indirect collaborators who have taken part in the promotion, as well as their first-degree relatives.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If such a circumstance arises, the International Projection Service of the Government of Navarra will automatically discard these participations. The International Projection Service of the Government of Navarra is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the participants or for not being able to contact the participants and\/or winners if the data provided are not correct or have errors.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aim of this promotion is to ensure that the competition between the different participants is made with equal opportunities and with strict respect for the rules of good faith. For this reason, the Government of Navarra&#8217;s International Projection Service reserves the right to automatically and immediately exclude any participant who transgresses the rules of good faith, behaves in a mendacious or inappropriate manner, uses fraudulent means or fails to comply with these bases in any of their ends. <\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case irregularities are detected after the actual delivery of any of the prizes, the International Projection Service of the Government of Navarra reserves the right to take the appropriate legal actions against the author or person responsible for the prize, including, among others, the return of the prizes.<\/span>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n \t<li><strong> Draw<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prize will consist of two \u2018Iberia Gift Cards\u2019 with a balance of 300 euros each, valid for national and international flights.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An \u2018Iberia Gift Card\u2019 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will be given to each of the two winners of the prize.<\/span> \n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prize is personal and non-transferable.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can participate only once.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The draw will take place if there are, in total, a minimum of 1,000 talent profiles with all minimum data filled in.<\/span>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n \t<li><strong> Mechanics of the promotion<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From the first day of the promotion until and including the last day, persons who have filled in the minimum data required on the website<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.navarratalent.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.navarratalent.com<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will be eligible as winners of the prize draw. <\/span> \n<ol start=\"8\">\n \t<li><strong> Awarding mechanism<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A random draw will be carried out through the AppSorteos platform in which two winners will be chosen as follows:<\/span>\n<ol>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The draw will be carried out among all the profiles that were registered before 3 June 2024. <\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once two possible winners have been selected, it will be checked at the same time as the draw that the profile has filled in all the minimum data required on the website. <\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If all the minimum compulsory fields have not been filled in, the draw will be repeated as many times as necessary until two profiles have filled in all the minimum compulsory fields of the promotion. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n \t<li><strong> Contact with the winner<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The winners will be announced by an announcement that will be visible on the<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.navarratalent.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.navarratalent.com<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">platform and on the website<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planinternacionaldenavarra.es\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.planinternacionaldenavarra.es\/<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Winners will also be notified via an email sent to their registered email address on the platform. winner will have to contact the International Projection Service of the Government of Navarra within seven working days from the day after the email is sent to confirm that he\/she accepts the prize. right to appoint new winner(s), following the procedure described in these rules. <\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event that these new winner(s) do not reply either, the
